After two successful performances, the third edition of the Concrete Café is scheduled for June 22, 2023. This time at the particularly beautiful National Military Museum in Soest! Topic of conversation and discussion is: 'From failure costs to growth opportunities'
Failure costs are a persistent phenomenon in construction. The consequences: delays, extra work and ultimately higher project costs. We are all familiar with real-life examples. What are the causes, how do you address them, and more importantly; how can you prevent them?
Solving these issues is an increasingly crucial part of construction practice.
Fortunately, solutions are conceivable (and applicable)! Better communication and cooperation between the various parties involved in the construction process, as well as the use of building information models (BIM) and the sharing of data/information between the various parties, can help reduce errors and improve efficiency.
This Concrete Café is about these and other solutions. Introducing a panel and audience discussion, the following speakers will speak:
On the basis of a number of statements, the panel will enter into discussion with each other and the audience.
