Meco Metal is a medium-sized steel construction company that started lean several years ago under the inspired leadership of Harry Seijkens, Domien Driesen and Remi Moonen. To date, over 800 improvements have been consistently implemented in the company. From an inefficient company, Meco Metal has been transformed into a well-oiled steel construction company. And still Meco Metal continues to optimize its processes. Thereby, modern and user-friendly business software is of course an indispensable tool to support this efficiency battle.

In a short period of time, the complete ERP software solution of Liemar was successfully implemented at Meco Metal, where especially the project and production planning is a very important module in the daily operations.
