The W-FAZ PRO belongs to the latest generation of spreading anchors and, according to a European technical assessment, has one of the highest tensile and shear loads.

Extra large anchorage depths further increase the already very high loads per anchor. Ideal for maximum loads even with minimum axle and edge distances, as this allows higher loads to be introduced into the concrete with attachments close to the edges and with a small center distance. This is particularly interesting when fixing railings or steel girders.

Extra-low anchoring depths speed up the work process, especially for series installations. Drilling effort is minimized and rebar is reliably avoided. At the same time, anchors can be installed much faster if the anchoring depths are shallow. This is a great advantage in W and E installation and facade construction. But also in fixing railings, balustrades and other applications, the combination of high load values and low anchoring depths can greatly increase cost effectiveness.

According to the approval, the placement depth can be freely selected between a minimum and maximum value. When dimensioning the attachment, the required anchoring depth can be accurately determined and the appropriate anchor length can be selected. In addition, the variable placement depth allows flexible solutions to attach fittings with fewer spreader anchors.

The variable installation depth pays off not only in dimensioning, but also in daily work on the construction site. Just a few dimensions of the W-FAZ PRO can usually cover several standard applications with different mounting thicknesses. This reduces storage and inventory costs and the assembly material to be transported. In addition, the freely selectable installation depth makes it possible to compensate for scale construction tolerances down to the millimeter without significantly reducing the allowable load capacity.

Fixings close to the edge in particular are subject to high spreading forces, which can lead to concrete spalling or breaking off. The W-FAZ PRO solves this problem using variable anchoring depths and the innovative spreading clip. In this way, fixings can be made reliably with minimum shaft and edge distances. Even with particularly thin concrete elements, the powerful spread anchor ensures secure fastening.

A red placement depth marker indicates the minimum placement depth. One can immediately see the minimum depth the anchor must be. This reduces the risk of misuse.

The first spread anchor with a European technical classification for fatigue-related cyclic loading is the W-FAZ PRO DYNAMIC! This means that for the first time fixings subject to dynamic loads can be made with a spread anchor that is, as usual, easy to work with. Processing can be carried out flexibly in front or push-through mounting. Small edge and center distances and the possibility of anchoring in concrete parts from a building section thickness of 90 mm open up a very wide field of application. In addition, the W-FAZ PRO dynamic has the highest performance values even under static and seismic influences and can be used under the influence of fire.
