Pro4all and Germany's PMG join hands to form leading European construction software group

On March 14, 2023, Pro4all and Munich-based PMG announced their strategic partnership. This partnership is the first step in the ambition to form the European construction software group. Pro4all entered the partnered with software investor Main Capital Partners ("Main") to develop this realize ambition.

The combined product portfolio of Pro4all and PMG is uniquely positioned to further assist the construction industry with the digitization process. Construction is still lagging behind other industries according to a recent study. Only 25 percent of construction companies surveyed say they are highly or very highly engaged in digitization of work processes, while that average for other sectors is often 40 percent.

Together, the companies will serve a diverse group of over 1,000 customers across the construction and real estate sectors. The strong market presence in the Benelux and DACH region provides a solid and international perspective for expansion into other European countries.
