For automatic loading of longitudinal and transverse bars, mbk uses the DRA-M multiple rotor straightening and cutting machine. It processes standard bar diameters from 6 mm to 16 mm, adjustable from 5 mm to 20 mm. Longitudinal reinforcement is automatically transferred from the DRA-M to the welding unit of the mesh welding machine, while transverse reinforcement lengths are assembled by the DRA-M and transferred as needed.

Once completed, the net is automatically labeled with a text and/or bar code. A net transport system allows further processing via a fully automated traverse. The net is transported for further processing to the bending beam for Z-bending or directly to the stacking position. In the connecting circulation system, the net is laid down and stacked according to the specifications of the master computer.
