Wood rot free fence assembly

French balconies and fall-through guards can be safely, easily and permanently attached to wooden window frames thanks to DJP ISOFIX. The unique closed plug mantle prevents contact between the metal and wood and secures a watertight seal. This makes moisture ingress, internal condensation and wood rot a thing of the past. Thanks to the A4 stainless steel quality, the attachment is always corrosion-free, even in coastal areas.

In the joinery factory, the mounting points are prepared so that when the frame arrives at the construction site, it is immediately ready for fenestration assembly. On site, the studs are threaded into the plug, with no chance of wood splitting, thanks to the unique design of the plug. In an emergency, the plug can be installed on site using a DJP ISOFIX BOORMAL; this requires nothing more than a drill and glue. This makes the patented DJP ISOFIX the ideal replacement for all other fastening systems on the market.

The DJP ISOFIX plugs are applied almost automatically and under controlled conditions. Processing is simple and tailored to the usual process in the carpentry factory. The system, including the connection on the building site, is certified according to SKH assessment guideline BRL 0801 allowing guarantees to be maintained.

ALSO APPLY IN WORK

Ideally, the joinery installs the mounting holes and DJP ISOFIX plug already in the window frame. It is also possible to drill the holes manually. A special drilling jig has been developed for this purpose. The DJP BOORMAL has two height adjustable drilling positions and at the bottom a stop which is placed in the day. This makes it very easy to drill the holes in the correct position. Can be used left or right and for 67 mm or 90 mm posts.
