i-Theses, a pioneer in the development of advanced software solutions for the precast concrete industry, is proud to announce the launch of a series of groundbreaking applications. These will take efficiency and precision in the design and production of precast concrete floors and elements to the next level. The new tools are designed to meet the industry's growing demand for faster and more accurate production processes.
The i-Theses packages and modules allow producers of precast concrete elements to work faster, more precisely and more economically through the intelligent integration of all steps. This ranges from quotation through design, working drawing, planning, production, stock management and logistics to invoicing. All steps are part of the same digital flow, with data having to be entered only once. This leads to enormous time savings and avoids the chance of further incorrect entries. Managing director Rony Verlee boasts that his specific design software AutoPrecast Design is the only one that controls the further processes so quickly and easily from the design stage onwards and has thus become the standard in the market.
The AutoPreCast design software allows you to quickly and precisely design precast concrete elements in 3D. Whether it's channel slabs, wide slabs, beam pots, rib cassettes, beams, columns, stairs or walls: there's always an AutoPreCast module available. Verlee: "A trouble-free workflow can only be achieved when the basic design is right. And this is exactly where AutoPrecast Design excels. Its speed and ease of use are unique in the industry. Moreover, the design program is based on AutoCad and therefore also quick to learn."
The AutoFloor module is designed to design all types of precast concrete floors ultra-fast and in half the time it used to take. The program allows last minute changes to, for example, penetrations, open cores or dimensions. Moreover, using the PlanDesk module, the changes are automatically processed in the production status. In combination with the PreConSlab module, structural analysis takes place even during design.
The AutoBeco module serves for parametric design of beams and columns. The module allows the creation of a custom library and is BIM compatible. Automatic conversion from 2D to 3D is another feature. As with AutoBeCo, AutoStairs also features the ability to create a library.
Finally, AutoStairs allows the parametric design of stairs. An extensive library that can be further personalized is standard. Again, last minute changes are possible with automatic output to production. AutoStairs also automatically generates all necessary connecting pieces.
In addition, AutoPreCast design includes several other modules, such as WinFloor for beam and block floors and R2A (Revit to AutoFloor), which allows use of the company's own plate profiles. For the near future, i-Theses is working on a separate module for cargoplanning and the Kresoft software will be further integrated and housed in a new cloud-based Web application.
